Which Extra Charges Land On Top Of The Listed Price?
The listed domain charges in India leave out GST, and renewal follows the standard rate for your extension, so year two may not match year one. Business mail through Google Workspace is a separate product.
Our renewal guide lists GST at 18 percent. On that basis a .co.in at ₹599 becomes about ₹707, a .in at ₹649 about ₹766 and a .com at ₹950 about ₹1,121.
The hosting plan pages do not say whether their prices include GST, so confirm the final figure at checkout. If tax is added on top, Starter at ₹2,870.40 for the year would become about ₹3,387. Four extras are worth a line in your budget:

Why Do Domain Prices Differ From One Registrar To Another?
Registries sell names through many registrars, and each shop is free to bundle and price the same extension its own way. Two sellers can quote different totals for an identical .in name.
The .IN Registry page run by NIXI says the government authorised NIXI to run the registry from January 2005 and that .IN names are available through a number of registrars.

Seen this way, domain charges in India are the smaller line. In the first two budgets the name is under a fifth of the total, and hosting is the bigger cost.

Is A Free Domain With Hosting Really Free?
Standard and Professional hosting plans list a free domain for the first year, but that is a first-year benefit only. From year two the name renews at the standard rate, so the saving is real only if you needed that plan anyway.
Compare the numbers. Basic on the yearly term plus a .com costs ₹5,740.40 before GST. Standard on the yearly term costs ₹8,630.40 with the domain included.
The gap of ₹2,890 buys more room, not a cheaper name: 10 websites, 100 GB of SSD storage and daily backups instead of 5 websites, 50 GB and weekly backups.
Upgrade for those resources. If one site on Basic is enough, buy the domain separately and keep the difference.
